She has worked with organizations ranging from environmental advocacy to outdoor accessibility to homeless services. Emily has a degree in biology from Sonoma State University. The last 20 years have been devoted to working and volunteering in veterinary medicine and wildlife rehabilitation. Never far from the ocean or the redwood forest, she is passionate about environmental conservation and restoration.
